President's address to the INMO's 106th Annual Delegates Conference, in response to address by Minister for Health Jennifer Carroll MacNeill. 

INMO prizes recognise outstanding contributions by members in the areas of research, mentorship and union activism, and are awarded during the union’s annual meeting.

Exhaustion and burnout alongside compromised patient care were reported by members of the INMO in its 2025 member survey.  

INMO members have accepted proposals following the workplace ballot that was conducted over three weeks.
