Thursday 18 November 2021 Healthcare workers must not be exempt from 5 Day Isolation Rule – INMO, SIPTU, FÓRSA Following the announcement by HSE Chief Executive Officer, Paul Reid, that he is seeking a derogation for healthcare workers to be exempt from the new five-day rule to self-isolate if a member of their household becomes infected with COVID-19, the National Joint Council group of healthcare unions have written to the HSE opposing this plan.
