The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation has called on hospital management in the Mater to act on dangerous understaffing and overcrowding conditions. 

Commenting on the publication of the HSE Winter Plan, the INMO has said removing the bureaucracy around recruitment must be core tenet of any winter plan.
