Job Vacancy - Membership Assistant, Dublin

Grade IV – Permanent, Full-Time Post

The INMO, as the largest professional union for nurses and midwives, represents circa 40,000 members, in all disciplines and areas of the Irish health service.

A vacancy has now arisen, for a very experienced Office Administrator, in our head office, which is located at The Whitworth Building, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7, D07 8NPH.   

Interested applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel. Applicants should be highly motivated with excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal and communication skills, member focused with a good phone manner and with an ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative.  This busy and interesting role would be conducive to a candidate with experience in a busy working environment.
