You will be aware that the INMO has served notice of industrial action for Wednesday, 30th January 2019, and subsequent dates of 5th, 7th, 12, 13th and 14th February 2019.
This industrial action will take place in the public sector in all HSE locations, Section 38 Organisations and Voluntary Hospitals.
The INMO is expecting that INMO members, who are agency nurses/midwives, would not make themselves available to work in services that are in dispute on these dates.
Please note that services for older persons will not be in dispute on the 30th but will be involved on subsequent dates. In addition please note that following a request from HSE, care for children with complex needs in the community are not involved or affected by the dispute.
INMO members who are agency staff are expected not to cross the pickets in locations that are in dispute
If you require any clarification in relation to this matter, please do not hesitate to contact INMO information office (01) 664 0610 / (01) 664 0619.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
