The Act defines pay as follows:
(a) Basic pay, and
(b) Any pay in excess of basic pay in respect of -
(i) Shift premium;
(ii) Piece work;
(iii) Overtime;
(iv) Unsocial hours worked;
(v) Hours worked on a Sunday.
