The INMO is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Vicky Phelan this morning. On behalf of our members we extend our condolences to Vicky’s family, as well as those who campaigned alongside her, and those whose lives she touched. 

Vicky was an inspiring person who will be deeply missed and whose courage will never be forgotten.
