The Executive Council of the Organisation, following detailed consideration and review, has decided to reassign/reconfigure the areas of responsibility to some of our Industrial Relations Officers.
This has been done in order to ensure greater equity, in relation to numbers of members serviced by individual IRO’s, and in our ongoing attempt to continually enhance services generally.
In this context, I would ask you to note the following changes:-
1. St. James’s Hospital
Mr. Albert Murphy will be the Industrial Relations Officer, for St. James’s Hospital, from 25th May 2009;
2. South County Dublin/Kildare/West Wicklow and AMNCH Tallaght (formally Dublin South West)
Mr. Derek Reilly will be assigned as the new Industrial Relations Officer for South County Dublin/Kildare/West Wicklow and AMNCH (Tallaght Hospital) from 1st June 2009; and
3. Midlands Region (all locations) and Carlow/Kilkenny (all locations)
Ms. Lorraine Monaghan will be the new Industrial Relations Officer, for the enlarged Midlands Region covering Carlow/Kilkenny/Laois/ Westmeath/Offaly/Longford from 15th June 2009.
Ms. Monaghan will be based in the Midlands region. The address and telephone number, of Lorraine’s base, in the Midlands region, will be notified to you, in the very near future.
