INMO Youth Forums have grown from a need to nurture, grow and develop strong activists, locally, regionally and nationally who will lead Nurses and Midwives into the future . The forums specifically focus on issues, both professional and work related, that impact on members aged up to 35 years.

It is the INMO’s intention to build a strong representative group of members availing of all the facilities within this Organisation to:

• Network
• Socialising
• Campaign
• Supporting student and graduate nurses /midwife members
• Provide links to widely available Information, using the many communication tools
• Opportunities to participate in Representative and media training
• Provision of industrial relations access/support services, both collectively in the workplace vis a vis members terms and conditions of employment, particularly new graduates, as well as individual issues.
• Access to the comprehensive library and database of on-line relevant documentation
