Labour Court Rules on Public Service-wide Sick Leave 19.07.12

  • No change to:

    • The Special Schemes for TB, MRSA and Blood Borne Diseases
    • Injury at Work Grant – Article 109

  • 7 Days uncertified sick leave over a 2 year peiod

  • Critical illness – 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay

  • Rehabilitation Pay capped at 12 months.

The Recommendation will be considered by the INMO Executive Council at its September meeting.
